Teams allows users to chat, call, video conference, view reports, update tasks, and share documents all from a central location. This session is designed to show how project managers can leverage Teams to enhance team collaboration and improve overall productivity. Speaker Bios: Jason Gilbert is a Lynchburg native who has spent over a decade focused on IT innovation and Business-IT alignment. Jason is a current doctoral student within Liberty Universities DBA program and teaches IT architecture for Grand Canyon University. After spending years in IT with Framatome, a global nuclear company, Jason joined Centra Health and has spent the past three years focused on innovating healthcare. His current interests include using augmented reality to enhance patient outcomes and using predictive analytics to improve population health. With over 30 years of experience, Shawn Houck is no stranger to the technology world. Shawn has been a change agent and innovative thinker at companies such as Norfolk Southern and Centra, primarily focused on improving user experience and innovation. His leadership ability and out of the box thinking has led to many creative ideas that has drastically increased productivity while removing waste in the process. Shawn Smith is passionate about technology. Helping people improve and enhance their workflow through technology alignment has been his calling throughout his professional career in local government and healthcare. Currently, Shawn is employed at Centra and is focused on IT innovation and adoption. Shawn has been tasked to help lead organizational change utilizing ITIL service management practices. His creativity and big picture thinking has not only allowed for accelerated adoption times, but has helped anchor these changes into the organization. Shawn currently resides in Rustburg, VA with his wife and their two sons.
