Information on Project Management Institute Southwest Virginia Chapter

Our chapter primarily serves the area of Virginia located south and west of a line drawn from Covington to Lexington to Lynchburg, and on to Danville. This includes the metro areas of Roanoke, Blacksburg, Lynchburg, and Danville. This area is home to a wide variety of organizations serving many diverse industries and needs. We are over 250 members strong and more than 70% PMP certified.

We are proud members of PMI's Region 5 which includes Kentucky, North Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.
