With the pace of change and the pressure on our workforce, how can we create these conditions in our companies so that bring their best ideas to the table (and then execute on them!)? In this session we will explore: The different roles of setting expectations and discovering aspirations on teams, and why both of these experiences matter How to create thinking environments in meetings and on teams using Ground Rules, Rounding and After Action Reviews Time Design strategies that promote strategic thinking and creativity on teams
