** Due to COVID transmission rates, we will be having this meeting remotely via Zoom ** "Improving Care for Diabetic Patients" Hypoglycemia was identified as an area of opportunity for Carilion Medical Center. This enterprise-wide project aims to reduce the percentage of adult patients within Carilion Clinic inpatient environments who experience an adverse drug reaction related to insulin administration. This presentation addresses the project management tools and processes used to implement best practices for insulin management in the midst of COVID-19 and transitioning project managers.
