PMI defines four project lifecycles - Predictive, Iterative, Incremental, and Agile. What lifecycle do my projects fit into? We often try to fit projects into an Agile framework, but that may not be the best fit to optimize delivery. In this coffee chat we will present a model for all four lifecycles, and discuss real life examples that fit that lifecycle. When you identify the best lifecycle for your project, you can then properly tailor the tools and techniques to deliver your outcomes.
