Vicki Kibbe is an Information Technology and Project Management leader with extensive experience building, scaling, and maturing Project Management Offices (PMOs). She holds PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), and SAFe® certifications.  Vicki has been instrumental in establishing PMOs across multiple industries, helping organizations define governance models, standardize project and portfolio management processes, and improve executive visibility and decision-making. Her experience includes aligning PMO practices to organizational strategy, implementing performance metrics, and enabling data-driven portfolio management.
