Christine Giglio is the director of Emergency Communications for Bedford County. She has worked in Emergency Communications for 7 years. Previously, she worked in IT for 18 years.
Christine has designed and managed many multi-year IT projects. She has been on all sides of project management including designing, managing and charter owner. She is well acquainted with the constraints of time, money, resources and quality. Her current multi-year, multi-million dollar project has several examples of how project managers can improve how they work with stakeholders.
Robin Meador is a seasoned IT director of application development. A Virginia Tech graduate, she has led technology teams to design, build, and implement scaled software solutions her entire career.
Robin has worked on teams from 3 to 90 people, and from 4 months to multi year efforts. She has been a certified scrum master, and has worked within the Agile framework for over 7 years.
She has worked with many project managers wielding different PM styles. She brings a unique stakeholder perspective to discuss how PM - Stakeholder relationships can improve.
