This coffee chat will focus on the day-to-day nitty gritty of PM, specifically task and issues management. We'll compare notes regarding best practices, pitfalls, and tools that are working well (or not so well) for our teams. Rob Erdman, our VP of Marketing and Communication, will be leading this conversation at this free, virtual event.
Rob Erdman Bio:
Rob is an industrial engineer by training and in temperament. He loves leading and supporting technical teams, and is at his happiest helping his teammates work together to bring great ideas to life. Rob is a lifelong resident of Virginia's Blue Ridge, a committed Hokie, and proud "Bubbub" of two amazing grandchildren.
