As the holiday season approaches, we're thrilled to invite you to a fun-filled and festive event to celebrate the joy of the season and our wonderful project management community! Let's come together for an evening of merriment, networking, and holiday cheer. Dinner will be provided and LeAnn Pearson Marralle will speak on "The Trust Currency: Using Communication to Yield Greater Returns".

Speaker Bio:

LeAnn Pearson Marrale is a master-certified executive coach with over three decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, corporate business, and global missions. Currently serving as VP of People and Organizational Health at Venveo, a digital marketing agency, and  Board Chair/Founder of Rebuild America, Inc., LeAnn specializes in strategic planning, communication strategy, and developing thriving team dynamics. Her passion lies in empowering leaders and organizations to maximize their impact through innovative strategies and purposeful growth.

With a diverse background that includes inner-city ministry in Atlanta, international mission work, and family business leadership, LeAnn brings a wealth of insight and practical expertise. A Montana native with a global perspective, she now calls southwest Virginia home, where she enjoys the outdoors with her husband, David, daughter Emma Grace, Weimaraner, Luke, and spunky Vizsla puppy, River. Known for her articulate, visionary approach, LeAnn is committed to helping individuals and organizations achieve their highest potential.
