  • John Hetherington – an international speaker, speaks on “Introverted PM to Management Consultant: 5 Lessons Learned From My Journey.” 
  • Innovation in Project Management: Our theme focuses on fostering a culture of innovation within project teams, including methods for ideating and implementing innovative solutions in projects across various industries. 
  • Agility for Competitive Advantage: Exploring agile transformation journeys across different sectors, focusing on how agility can provide a competitive edge by enabling faster response to market changes and customer needs.  
  • The Future of Work: Examining how emerging technologies and shifts in work culture (such as remote work and flexible schedules) redefine project management roles and practices.  
  • Regional Influencers – Sharing how their passions and programs drive transformation within our regions.
