VIRTUAL November: Steering Teams as a Servant Leader

Steering Teams as a Servant Leader

In an ever-changing environment, our work styles and cultures are evolving at a fast pace. Through Servant Leadership, Program Management professionals can empower, motivate, and catalyze their teams.

Peyton Wimbish is a Program Manager at Torc Robotics in Blacksburg, Virginia where she collaborates with teams to develop continuous improvement processes for Torc’s self-driving solution. With project management success in different industries and organizations, Peyton has forged a unique outlook that helped her teams not only navigate fast growth, but also thrive during the pandemic. While she is passionate about applying her insights to commercialize self-driving trucks, she is offering a framework that can help PMs across industries.

Peyton is a graduate of Virginia Tech, and is a Certified SAFe ® Program Consultant (SPC) and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®). In her free time, you will often find Peyton cycling or playing golf.
