Alan Reynolds is a Dallas-based Atlassian presales system consultant who has configured Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo and other Atlassian solutions for clients since he joined the RightStar team over five years ago. Alan holds Atlassian Jira Administrator, SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), ITIL Foundation and DevOps Foundation certifications. Prior to RightStar, Alan spent 20 years as a BMC Remedy ITSM developer/consultant to clients in the Federal government space and across a variety of commercial industry verticals.
