Matt Harrison currently leads global implementation of a Role Based Competency program to ~10,000+ employees as a Change Management and adoption leader supporting people, process, and technology integration in enterprise enablement for VMware, a leading global software company offering compute, cloud, networking and security, and digital workspace solutions. This practitioner’s and leadership case study will offer a walkthrough of an award winning 2019 journey by a small team combining key tenets from PMI’s PMBOK with Change Management best practices championed by the ACMP and latest PROSCI TM research. We will explore a real example of how project managers and change leaders must partner to achieve strategic business outcomes in the modern era.
