Leadership and change are both challenging. Leadership wears many faces and overall success is not easy to measure. Change management is difficult and is most often met with resistance. Changes themselves often end up differently than originally planned. Anyone that faces challenges to their role as a leader and at the same time is striving to initiate organizational improvements could be considered a glutton for punishment.

Bob’s presentation will explore how a leader, with the right focus, can successfully traverse the challenges associated with change in the upcoming year. Using simple tools and processes, a knowledgeable leader is able to manage change successfully while simultaneously gaining full support of the newly empowered organization. In this motivational presentation, Bob will present best practices for leading change along with the steps necessary to leverage them for even the most daring initiatives.
