Spring Symposium - Andy Kaufman

Our spring symposium is here! We are honored and excited to have Andy Kaufman leading a half day session on the Foundations of Agile Project Management.
How can we use these Agile approaches to help us deliver successful projects? This session is designed to understand what Agile is, and what it’s not. We are going to learn about the values, and the principles of Agile. We’ll be looking at different lifecycles, and some of the underlying parts of the Agile mindset.
The goal is to take all the ideas and go apply them right after the workshop!
