She is a seasoned project manager, earning her PMP in 2006. She also holds the following certifications: ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) in 2010, PMI-ACP(AGILE Certified Practitioner) in 2017, CSM(Certified Scrum Master) in 2016 and SDP(Certified SAFe5 DevOps Practitioner) in 2020.   Vicki is a high-performing, results-driven leader with a proven track record of successfully leading multiple projects and teams simultaneously to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions in challenging situations. She spent many years in a variety of roles in both domestic and international markets and has strong experience and in-depth, cross functional business knowledge across virtually every functional area of the organization such as; insurance claims processing, accounts receivable, merchandising, retail pricing, supply chain technology, call center solutions, VOIP, delivery of IT infrastructure and services, information security systems and Mobility Management.
